Mermaid diagrams

Any .mmd file opens with a live-rendered diagram instead of raw text — pinch to zoom, drag to pan. If the syntax is wrong, the error shows inline in the preview instead of leaving you with a blank pane, so you can fix it without guessing.

Feature docs as a knowledge source

documentation/features/*.md aren't just for the Features panel — once Pinky is set up, they're searchable like every other Brain entry. Ask an agent about a part of your product by name, and it can find the feature doc describing it instead of re-reading the whole codebase.

Keeping both useful

Diagrams and feature docs work best kept current, not written once and forgotten — a diagram or feature doc that's out of date is worse than none, because an agent will trust it. Update the doc when the part it describes changes, the same way you'd update a comment.
