Task Hub

The Agent Hub is the closest thing Quack has to a task hub — it's the right-side rail listing every open chat across every open project, grouped by what it needs from you:

1. Error — something went wrong, look first
2. Needs input — waiting on a permission or a question
3. Working — still running, nothing to do yet
4. Ready — waiting on you to send the next message
5. Done — finished, nothing pending

That ordering is deliberate: it's a priority queue, not a chronological list. Start your day at the top and work down.

Per-chat checklist

Inside a single chat, a small task checklist chip above the composer mirrors whatever the agent's own to-do list is doing in real time — useful for following a long turn without reading every line of output.

Collapse it when you don't need it

The Agent Hub can shrink to a thin icon strip that expands on hover, so it doesn't eat screen space when you're focused on one project.
